Return and Refund Policy

At One Stop Flooring, we are dedicated to providing high-quality flooring products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to assist you efficiently.

How to Return Goods

  1. Contact Us First: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at sales@onestopflooring.co.uk. This ensures we can assist you promptly and provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Condition of Goods: All returned items must be complete, unused, and in "as received" condition. This means the product must be in its original packaging, free of any signs of use or damage.

  1. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the items are in "as received" condition, complete, and securely packaged.
  2. Ship Your Return: Send the items back to us using a trackable service. Remember, unless faulty, you bear the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. Customer is liable for delivery and uplift costs back to One Stop Flooring Ltd.
  • Faulty Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.

Restocking Fees

We accept returns of unused flooring and accessories subject to restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and restocking items.

  • Restocking charge of 25% plus £50+VAT will apply for Quick Step Flooring.
  • Restocking charge of 20% plus £200 will apply to cover administration and return for Kahrs/Boen flooring.
  • All other Floors -  returns are subject to a 20% handling charge on our stock items. Additional fee of £50 + VAT to cover administration charges

Refund Processing Time

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Additional Information

  • All cancelled orders are subject to 2.5% handling charge.
  • Failed Delivery Charges: If we are unable to complete delivery due to your absence, refusal of goods, or changes/cancellations within 48 hours of delivery, you will incur a £75.00 failed delivery charge.
  • Quick Step flooring accessories are not returnable.
