Delivery Information

We are proud to say that our deliveries are generally on time and will be communicated to customer beforehand; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays so please be patient.

Deliveries over £960 are free. Orders under this have a £72  delivery charge. (Exclusive of and Scotland/Northern Ireland) *

Failed Deliveries

In the event that an order has arrived as scheduled but no one is present to receive/offload it or the goods are refused, customers will be responsible for any additional costs associated with returning the items (all products in Section 1 and 2 will have a £70.00 fee and Products in Section 3 will have a £30.00 fee. This is inclusive of VAT).

Damaged Packs

If an occasion arises where the pack(s) are damaged, we advise that you sign for the item(s) on the delivery note of the driver as well as take his name. Then email us the information and images of the shipment (sales@onestopflooring.co.uk). This will speed up the replacement process. In an event of no signature on the delivery note, an exchange/refund can be refused by the supplier.

Deliveries outside of UK Mainland

Please be aware that any deliveries outside of the UK may incur a higher delivery fee as well as a longer delivery time. This will be discussed at the time of ordering.
