Brief

To come up with a bespoke floor that would compliment the amazing amount of light flowing through this flat, giving it a light, airy, contemporary feel. In addition, the staircase had to be clad and stained to match the flooring as well as various other bits of furniture. The flooring needed to be suitable for use with under floor heating.

To ensure client expectations were managed and met, to deliver a product and service of the highest quality but also to work within developer budgets and time lines.
